How to Place an Order
You can order your weekly shopping simply and comfortably online, per fax, or by ringing our customer service team.
Online - Ordering in 5 Simple Steps:
1. Log into the shop with or without customer account.
2. Fill the shopping basket with delicious organic products.
3. Go to checkout.
4. Check your basket and make changes if necessary (minimum order value for a free delivery is 25€)
5. Finish your shopping by clicking "Buy"
If you are a new customer, we would need some data from you in order to process your order. After you have registered, our customer service team will contact you and talk to you about the modalities of delivery etc. Payment is made securely and comfortably by Direct Debit - SEPA-Form.
